1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Catalyst LegalAI™ (the “Service”), operated by Catalyst Digi Solutions (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents you upload and to answer questions about them. Output is generated automatically and provided for informational purposes only.
3. Not legal advice
Catalyst LegalAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The analysis it produces is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the output. We make no warranty that the analysis is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to provide unauthorized legal services. You must have the right to upload any document you submit.
6. Plans, credits & payment
New accounts include a limited number of free document analyses. Additional usage may require an upgrade. Until automated billing is available, upgrades are arranged manually; any fees, once paid, are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the documents you upload. The Service, its software, branding and design remain our property. You grant us a limited licence to process your documents solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Service’s output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Karnataka.
