1. What we collect

We collect the account details you provide (name, email, password — stored only as a secure hash), the documents you upload, and basic usage information such as how many documents you have analyzed.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the Service: to authenticate you, to analyze the documents you submit, to answer your questions about them, and to enforce usage limits. Your documents are visible only to your account.

3. AI processing

To generate analysis, the text of your documents is sent to our AI provider (Google’s Gemini API) for processing. We do not sell your documents or use them to advertise to you.

4. Storage & security

Your documents, reports and account data are stored on our server. We apply reasonable technical measures (hashed passwords, access controls, encrypted connections) to protect them. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

5. Data retention & deletion

You may delete your documents at any time from within the app. Contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Third parties

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Service (such as our AI and hosting providers), and only to the extent required to provide it.
